Chip inductance

The chip inductor is an electromagnetic induction element wound with an insulated wire. It is a commonly used inductive component. The role of the chip inductor: through the DC resistance AC is a simple statement, the AC signal is isolated, filtered or combined with capacitors, resistors, etc. to form a resonant circuit. When the current through the chip inductor changes, the DC voltage potential generated in the chip inductor will prevent the current from changing. When the current through the inductor increases, the self-induced electromotive force generated by the inductor coil is opposite to the current direction, preventing the increase of the current, and converting a part of the electric energy into a magnetic field can be stored in the inductor; when the current through the inductor is reduced, The self-induced electromotive force is in the same direction as the current, preventing the current from decreasing and simultaneously releasing the stored energy to compensate for the decrease in current. Therefore, after the inductor filtering, not only the ripple of the load current and voltage is reduced, the waveform becomes smooth, and the conduction angle of the rectifier diode increases.
The role of the inductor 1: color ring inductance has a blocking effect: the copper core in the color ring inductor coil is always resistant to the current in the coil. The color ring inductance has an obstructive effect on the alternating current used in the circuit, and the size of the blocking effect is called XL, and the unit is ohm. The relationship between the inductance L and the AC frequency f is XL=2πfL, and the color ring inductance can be mainly divided into a high frequency choke coil and a low frequency choke coil.
The role of the inductor 2: color ring inductance has tuning and frequency selection: color ring inductance and electrolytic capacitor in parallel can form an LC tuning circuit. When the color-ring inductance resonates, the inductive reactance and capacitive reactance of the circuit are reversed. That is, the natural oscillation frequency f0 of the circuit is equal to the frequency f of the non-AC signal, and the inductive reactance and capacitive reactance of the loop are also equal. The use is generally not very high, and the color ring inductance used in the circuit is generally relatively stable.
The role of the inductor 3: The maximum color-ring inductance mainly uses the filtering signal, filtering noise, stabilizing current and suppressing electromagnetic interference. The basic function of the color-ring inductor is charging and discharging, but many circuit phenomena extended by this basic charging and discharging effect make the color-ring inductance have various uses. Nowadays, color-ring inductors have been used by customers, and the role of small inductors is not overlooked.
