How linear power supplies work

The working process of the linear power main circuit is that the input power supply is firstly AC-regulated by the pre-regulation circuit, and then converted into a DC power supply by the main working transformer isolation and rectification, and then under the intelligent control of the control circuit and the single-chip microprocessor controller. The linear adjustment component is finely adjusted to output a high precision DC voltage source.
1. Power transformer and rectification: convert 380V AC power into required DC power;
2. Pre-regulation circuit: Pre-adjust and initial voltage regulation of the input AC or DC voltage by using relay components or thyristor components, thereby reducing the power consumption of linear adjustment components, improving work efficiency, and ensuring high precision of output voltage source. 5. Single-chip microcomputer control system: After the single-chip micro-processing controller compares, judges, calculates, analyzes, etc. the various signals detected, the corresponding control commands are issued to make the overall voltage-stabilizing system of the DC stabilized power supply work normally and reliably. ,coordination;
6. Auxiliary power supply and reference voltage source: provide high-precision reference voltage source and power supply for electronic circuit operation for DC voltage stabilization system;
7. Voltage sampling and voltage regulation: detecting the output voltage value of the DC stabilized power supply and setting the output voltage value of the regulated DC power supply;
8. Comparing the amplifying circuit: comparing the output voltage value of the DC stabilized power supply with the voltage of the reference source to obtain an error voltage signal, performing amplification feedback and controlling the linear adjusting component to ensure the output voltage is stable;
9. Current detection circuit: obtain the output current value of the DC stabilized power supply for current limiting or protection control information;
10. Driving circuit: a power amplifying circuit provided for driving an executable component;
11. Display: Display of output voltage value and output current value of DC stabilized power supply.
